How It Works

1. Questionnaire

Fill our online questionnaire form. It provides us with valuable information that will be used to create a personalized plan specifically for you.

2. Consultation

We’ll have our first meeting where we will get the opportunity to know more about you, your lifestyle, your habits… and set goals accordingly ! Then we finish the consultation with an assessment and fitness testing.

3. Train

Here’s where the fun part begins. We’ll walk you through the entire workout, make sure you have a proper technique and keep you motivated.
