Boxing is not just a sport, it’s LOVE.
Learning a new skill is always cool to do and very entertaining. Never repetitive and there’s always a new move to learn or to improve. Whether it was a solo, duo or a group session.

Punching requires all the attention you can give, makes you zone out of what’s happening in the real world and it release your happy hormones.

It’s Healthy

There’s countless number of health benefits when doing boxing. It’s a great way to burn a lot of calories, get stronger and faster have better reflexes. It can also be a fantastic way to help you lose weight or build muscles.
Let’s not forget that its also an amazing exercise for your heart and mind.

After each session your confidence grows more and more. Knowing that you will be able to defend your self if needed is self-comforting.

Who Is It For

Grown Ups

Man, Woman, Student… It doesn’t matter.
If you can shake someone’s hand, it means you’re ready for the challenges that boxing has to offer.

Kids & Teenagers

Same rule applies for kids. Not only they will benefit from their fast learning abilities, but they will also have lots of fun.

What You Need​

Outfit

A comfortable t-shirt, short, shoes and a bottle of water is all that you need to survive a session.
Let’s not forget if it’s cold you might need some extra layers to prevent freezing.

Equipment

Hand wraps and gloves are necessary to have (If you don’t have them… we got you covered)
NB: if you’re looking to do some sparing a mouth guard is mandatory and a helmet is recommended.

A Smile

Maybe this isn’t necessary, but it’s always pleasant to have one.
