About The Challenge
Punch to Dollar Challenge is a fun way to raise money for the charity of your choice.
It’s simple: every punch you score equals a dollar to donate. You have 30 seconds to score as many punches as you can.
So you better take your training seriously.
Rules & Details
- Stand an arm's length away from the target
- Touch your jaw after every punch
- Switch hands after every punch
You will be in your fighting stance in front of a fixed target (Blazepod light). When the timer starts, you need to hit that target by extending your arm all the way (keeping the other hand touching your jaw), then come back to your face, and continue doing the same with the opposite hand until you hear the beep
Choclate Bar Challenge
About The Challenge
Perform 10 Squats, 20 Mountain Climbers, and 5 Push-Ups (or Dips).
Complete these exercises for 5 consecutive rounds, and voilà, you just won a treat! Do it at your own pace, but if you rest for more than 20 seconds (in total), then you have to add an extra round.
Rules & Details
- Full range of motion for each exercise
- No more than 20 seconds rest
- Complete all 5 rounds (or 6 😬)
What is that treat that is worth your hard work? You might have guessed it already: chocolate!
After you finish this challenge, a chocolate box from the amazing and oldest chocolaterie in Paris, ‘À la Mère de Famille,’ will be waiting for you to indulge and savor.
Louvre Challenge
About The Challenge
Imagine climbing the Louvre from the bottom to the highest level and then descending again. To move to the next level, you should complete one round of exercises. As you climb to higher levels, the workload increases, and as you descend, it decreases.
Levels: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
You start at Level 1, where you do 1 Burpee and 4 Punching Jacks. Each time you go up a level, add one more Burpee and 4 more Punching Jacks to the round from the previous level. You’ll reach Level 10 with 10 Burpees and 40 Punching Jacks. Then, you start descending, removing 1 Burpee and 4 Punching Jacks with each level completed, until you finish in Level 1 with 1 Burpee and 4 Punching Jacks.

- Don't skip any level
- Do them in the same order
- Complete the pyramid in less than 10 minutes

Roxanne Challenge
About The Challenge
3 minutes 11 seconds where you will be doing Jumping Jacks non stop and listening to the amazing song “Roxanne, by The Police”.
The only catch is, every time you hear “Roxanne” you should do a Squat Jump!

- Jumping Jacks non-stop
- No rest until the music stops
- Roxanne = Squat Jumps
There is no gift for completing this challenge. But at least you know that you are ready to tackle harder ones 💪
