We’ve built our foundation around the fact that every single person we come in contact with is different.

Having this understanding, it’s been our priority as a team of trainers to leverage on that uniqueness by setting out goals and figuring out how can we achieve them in a way that allows the most consistency and adherence possible. Without forgetting to have some fun along the way!

He is deeply dedicated to teaching others, believing that boxing can have a positive impact on everyone in different ways. Whether it's building confidence, reducing stress, or uncovering new strengths, John is committed to helping others experience the transformative effects of boxing.

Andrew

Science-based coach and a graduate of the University of Paris with a degree in STAPS, specializing in bodybuilding and boxing. He teaches both the theoretical and practical aspects of sport, focusing on building strength and endurance. His tailored sessions are designed to ensure steady progress and lasting results, helping individuals discover their potential and push beyond their limits.

Angelo

Angelo is a dedicated and skilled athlete with a background in martial arts. Having developed a profound passion for combat sports, he honed his expertise over the years, winning numerous international accolades. Now, he focuses on helping others reach their goals in a motivating and effective environment, leveraging his experience and deep understanding of the sport to guide and inspire those he trains.

Who I am

Like any typical teenager, I’ve always wanted a strong athletic physique. Having gained 13 kg throughout high school from living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I decided to make a change and follow healthier living standards.
My lifestyle turnover was the day I attended Kick boxing classes. After 2 years of hard training, I made it through national kickboxing championship and came out first of my category.
This new way of living not only affected my physical appearance, it also improved my state of mind. I had better results in high school; I became more confident thus more sociable.

Kickboxing took over my life.
I quickly realized that teaching others satisfied my craving for making a positive impact in peoples lives.

Therefore, I decided to pursue my higher education at Paris Descartes University where I received my bachelor and master degree with high honors in Sport Science (STAPS).
Currently, I’m working on my PhD thesis. Being able to contribute to the scientific word as a researcher is an amazing feeling.

My education background and my passion for sports allow me to train, motivate and mentor my clients. I am dedicated to helping people become happier and healthier through exercise!

About Jad

Co-founder & business developer

After working as a mobile nurse for several years and helping many people, he realized that physical activity could have prevented many of the health problems he encountered.
This insight, combined with his love for sports and dedication to health and well-being, sparked a deep desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

That’s when he co-founded Beyond Training, where he now focuses on corporate training, helping organizations enhance their teams’ skills and promote healthier, more active lifestyles.

Everything began with his love for football, where he competed at a high level and developed a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and personal growth. However, an ankle injury forced him to step back from the sport he loved, leading him to reflect on the importance of health and resilience.
His passion for continuous self-improvement inspired him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in nursing, followed by a master’s in public health, an MBA, and now a PhD.
