We’ve built our foundation around the fact that every single person we come in contact with is different.

Having this understanding, it’s been our priority as a team of trainers to leverage on that uniqueness by setting out goals and figuring out how can we achieve them in a way that allows the most consistency and adherence possible. Without forgetting to have some fun along the way !

When it comes to training and nutrition, education is the key to seeing results that last FOREVER. At Beyond Training, it’s our mission to provide world-class coaching to guarantee that our clients achieve the results they came to us for and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Who I Am

Like any typical teenager, I’ve always wanted a strong athletic physique. Having gained 13 kg throughout high school from living a very unhealthy lifestyle. I decided to make a change and follow healthier living standards.
My lifestyle turnover was the day I attended Kick boxing classes. After 2 years of hard training, I made it through national kickboxing championship and came out first of my category.
This new way of living not only affected my physical appearance, it also improved my state of mind. I had better results in high school; I became more confident thus more sociable.

Kickboxing took over my life.
I quickly realized that teaching others satisfied my craving for making a positive impact in peoples’ lives.

Therefore, I decided to pursue my higher education at Paris Descartes University where I received my bachelor and master degree with high honors in Sport Science (STAPS).
Currently, I’m working on my PhD thesis. Being able to contribute to the scientific word as a researcher is an amazing feeling.

My education background and my passion for sports allow me to train, motivate and mentor my clients. I am dedicated to helping people become happier and healthier through exercise !
