The parties to this agreement mutually agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) Physical Condition Declaration:
The student attests that he/she:
• Is physically fit to participate in a program including strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercises, as well as the use of associated equipment.
• Has either (l) undergone a physical examination and obtained permission from a physician to participate in the program, or (il) chogen to do so without medical approval.
2) Consent to Risks:
• The student willingly agrees to participate in physical activities and, if applicable, the use of equipment, machines, or facilities, acknowledging the potential risks of bodily injury and associated property damage.
3) Payment:
• Payment will be made on the day of the session reservation via a payment link shared by the trainer with the student or through bank transfer.
4) Session Duration and Late Policy:
• Each training session lasts for 55 minutes, which can be dedicated to physical exercise, discussion, and nutritional or lifestyle planning as per the student’s needs.
• In the event of the student being late, the session will end at the scheduled time without extension. If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session.
5) Cancellation:
• The usual session time is pre-agreed upon.
• In case of absence, a 48-hour notice is required to reschedule the session.
• Any cancellation after the specified 48 hours will incur fees.
• In the event of cancellation by the trainer, with no possibility of rescheduling, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3) Vacation and Validity Period:
• The student has a period of 3 months from the first session to use the remaining sessions.
• No extension of this period will be granted in case of the student’s vacation during the 3-month validity period.
4) Payment:
• Payment will be made on the day of the reservation of the first session via a payment link shared by the trainer with the student or through bank transfer.
5) Session Duration and Late Policy:
• Each training session lasts 55 minutes, usable for physical exercise, discussion, and nutritional or lifestyle planning according to the student’s needs.
• In case of the student being late, the session will end at the scheduled time. If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or subsequent sessions.
6) Missed Sessions:
• Session times are agreed upon in advance. In case of absence, a 48-hour notice is required.
• Any cancellation after the specified 48 hours will incur fees.
• If the trainer cancels a session, and if no new session is scheduled within the validity period, a refund will be issued by dividing the total pack price by the total number of sessions.

3) Vacation:
• If the student needs to take a vacation during the subscription period, missed sessions will be made up in the week preceding and/or following the vacation, depending on the trainer’s availability.
4) Payment and Duration of Commitment/Subscription:
• Payment will be made on the day of the first session only via a payment link shared by the trainer with the student. An automatic debit will take place on the same day of the next month.
• The subscription month begins from the first completed session (day n) and ends on day n-1 of the following month (for example, if the first session takes place on January 15, the last day of the month is considered as February 14).
• No commitment period is required. Subscription cancellation must be requested before the beginning of the following month.
5) Session Duration and Late Policy:
• Each training session lasts 55 minutes, which can be used for physical exercise, discussion, and nutritional or lifestyle planning according to the student’s needs.
• In case of the student being late, the session will end at the scheduled time. If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or subsequent sessions.
6) Missed Sessions:
• The usual days and hours of sessions are agreed upon in advance and remain the same from week to week.
• In case of absence, a 24-hour notice is required to reschedule the session within the same week. If no time is found, the session is considered due.
• If the trainer cancels a session and fails to reschedule it within the same week, the appropriate amount will be refunded or deducted from the payment of the following month, calculated by dividing the total monthly payment by the number of sessions scheduled in the month.
